IEEE CCECE 2020 requires at least one of the authors to be present at the conference and give a talk in order for their paper to appear in the proceedings. However, due to the recent travel restrictions and potential health risks due to the spread of COVID-19, IEEE CCECE  2020 will allow participants to present their work and engage with the audience remotely. All papers presented in person or remotely will be submitted to EI Compendex, IEEE Xplore and ISI Proceedings. Details on the technical support of remote oral presentations will be shared before the end of March 2020.
